A service designed for those busy individuals who want to eat healthy, delicious food but just don't have the time or passion to cook for themselves all the time.


You can pre-order entire meals, protein, side dishes and vegetables, all prepared and delivered the same day.

Size and Portion Guides

My serving and portion sizes are, for the most part, based on general nutrition guidelines, including 3oz (cooked) servings of meat/protein, 1/4 cup (uncooked) portion of rice/grains, and 1/2 cup servings of vegetables. That being said, in order to account for varied appetites, I have included the serving size ranges below. 

Meat

1lb = 2-4 servings

2lbs = 4-8 servings

Side dishes and Vegetables

  • small  = 2-4 servings
  • medium = 4-6 servings
  • large = 6=10 servings
